Bryan Goffe is the owner of Garage Asylum and outside sales at Double Eagle Interiors. His career has always been in the construction industry. While growing up he helped his parents maintain and renovate their residential rental properties. Upon graduation from high school Bryan began installing floor covering full time, while continuing his education part-time. Over time he took opportunities to learn more and expand into a blend of contract sales and installation of all flooring and most interior finishes, with an emphasis on residential homes. He participates in Flooring Association Northwest’s seminars and dinners and sees the importance it makes. In his spare time he enjoys walking his dog, visiting with friends and family (he has one daughter, Heather and 3 Granddaughter’s Gracey, Riley & Nico), riding his motorcycle, going to car-shows and races or escaping to the garage.
Russ Sanderlin is the Builder Sales Manager for Surface Art Inc. His primary roll is to call on flooring contractors that specialize in turn-key installations for Builders in the Seattle-Metro region and to provide Builders & their Designers with the latest in product trends. His previous 14-year tenure with Macadam Floor & Design has given him extensive experience and expertise in the Seattle & Portland Builder markets. Over his 24-year career in the flooring business, his focus has always been of education for himself and for others in our industry and his main objective as a Board Member of the Flooring Association is to help elevate our industry by “raising the floor on relationships, standards and profitability”. Russ lives in West Seattle & loves the “walking lifestyle” that West Seattle offers. He is a diehard baseball & football fan, loves music(especially live music) and is an avid golfer and occasional snowboarder.
Chad Ballard is currently the Market Manager-Commercial Division for Emser Tile and Stone in the Pacific Northwest. Previously, Chad held the role of Branch Manager for Emser Tile and Stone for 4 years. Prior to joining Emser in 2013 he held various roles with Lowe’s Home Improvement for 12 years in the Seattle, Las Vegas, and Southern California markets. Chad has been married for 10 years and has 2 daughters, Zoey and Annabel. In his free time Chad enjoys soccer, golf, woodworking, and weekend rides on his Harley. He is a huge supporter of the Seattle Sounders and the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!).
American Olean and Marazzi Tile
Justin Dewey is currently working as the Branch Manager for American Olean and Marazzi Tile covering Western Washington and Alaska and has been in this position for almost 2 years now. Justin was previously the Operations Manager for Emser Tile for 3 years and was a manager for Lowe’s Home Improvement for 5 years before that. Justin is originally from Michigan and attended Western Michigan University. He moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2009. He’s been married for 2 years. They have their daughter Charlotte and another baby girl due in January 2019. Justin enjoys adventures with the family, traveling, golf, hiking and football (Detroit Lions fan). Justin is looking forward to working with the Flooring Association and excited to make 2019 an excellent year for the flooring industry!
Mike started working for Daltile in February of 2000. Since then he has held various roles representing Daltile, American Olean, and Marazzi Tile in the Puget Sound Region. Mike is committed to maintaining FAN’s role as the premier regional Non-Profit Trade Association for Flooring and Design professionals. Mike believes that everyone in the industry can benefit from the inclusive environment that FAN creates for members as well as the community. In his spare time, Mike can be found with his wife and daughter hiking, kayaking, and generally enjoying Seattle.

Katie Escobar is an Interior Design at Wholesale Flooring Services LLC. She graduated from Bellevue College’s Interior Design Program in 2015, then began her career in the flooring industry at her family’s business. She is grateful that her career is also her passion, and is able to help others make the spaces they live in beautiful. Though she has only been in the industry for 2 years, she has acquired a vast amount of knowledge from reliable vendor representatives and her experienced co-workers. In her spare time, she enjoys working out with her husband, and spending time with their dog Bailey. She also likes socializing with friends and cooking.
John D. Gallup
John is the Technical Sales Representative for Laticrete International – Masonry Veneer Installation Systems (MVIS) for the Pacific Northwest Region. John has been a Certified Tile Consultant (CTC) since 2002, bringing 30+ years of floor surface prep end tile installation experience to the Flooring Association. In his current role at Laticrete International, John is responsible for surface prep specifications, pre-installation consulting and inspections, and forensic inspections of completed installations. John is also a current member of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and the Masonry Institute of Washington (MIW). John has served on the Flooring Association Northwest board of directors since 2016. In his spare time, John enjoys motorsports, live music, and hiking and kayaking in the great Pacific Northwest.

Michael Goria works with T&A Supply Company. Michael travels throughout the US and Asia working to find the latest trends and looks to bring to the flooring market. He has been involved in Flooring Association Northwest for several years. He is married and has three children. In his spare time he enjoys coaching his children, running and watching soccer.

Teresa Legler is the Inside Sales Manager for Accents & Interiors and has over 15 years of industry knowledge and experience in the flooring industry. She has been with Accents & interiors since their inception in April 2008 and is proud to have grown with the company as it has developed and changed over the years. She rises to any challenge put before her, is an avid learner, and champions the implementation of new technology and processes – all while constantly pushing herself and her employees to grow and improve. Teresa has been happily married for over 14 years and has two children who keep her busy between guitar lessons, STEM activities, and gymnastics when not at work. As a family, they love to camp, travel, attend concerts, cheer for the Seahawks & Cougs, and go on new adventures together.

Chris Sessum is the owner of E.C.S. Floor Coverings in Lynnwood, WA. His career began in 1989 as an apprentice for a high-end flooring shop in Bellevue, WA. In 1991 Chris started his first business specializing in commercial and residential carpet installation and repairs. In 2011 he opened a workroom in Lynnwood installing flooring for Fannie Mae owned homes in Washington, hand loomed wool, custom stair and runner installations. Chris also serves in a leadership role with the NWSID and holds the following certifications: CFI – International Certified Flooring Installers (Carpet. R I-II C I-II Master II candidate, Hardwood I-II Laminate I-II, Carpet installation inspector & Member of certification team),NFIC – Natural Fiber Installer Certification(Master Installer & Inspector ), ICRI – International Concrete Repair Institute (Grade I Moisture testing tech) and IICRC – institute of Inspection, cleaning, restoration certification (Carpet Inspector & Repair and reinstallation).
