Mike Ericson
Daltile

Mike Ericson is currently an Architectural Representative for Daltile, American Olean, and Marrazzi Tile. Mike started working for Daltile in January of 2000, eventually representing Daltile residentially for the Greater Seattle area and Alaska. Mike has a CFE Designation from the World Floor Covering Association, a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington, and is a LEED Green Associate. He has been factory trained by many installation product manufacturers in the use of their products. Mike is a firm believer in continuing education and encourages his peers to attend as many training events as they can.

Bryan Goffe
Double Eagle Interiors, Inc.

Bryan Goffe is in outside sales at Double Eagle Interiors. His career has always been in the construction industry. While growing up he helped his parents maintain and renovate their residential rental properties. Upon graduation from high school Bryan began installing floor covering full time, while continuing his education part-time. Over time he took opportunities to learn more and expand into a blend of contract sales and installation of all flooring and most interior finishes, with an emphasis on residential homes. He participates in Flooring Association Northwest’s seminars and dinners and sees the importance it makes. In his spare time he enjoys walking his dog (1-2 miles per day), visiting with friends and family (he has one daughter, Heather and 2 Granddaughter’s Gracey & Riley), riding his motorcycle, going to car-shows and races or escaping to the garage.

Matt O’Haleck
Hammond Knoll

Matt O’Haleck is the owner of Hammond Knoll, a 70 year old carpet cleaning and restoration company in Tacoma for 25+ years. Matt has been involved in the flooring and maintenance industry for over 30 years and has real passion for this industry. He holds multiple certifications in cleaning and repair and a degree in Marketing. He is a current board member, a past President of Carpet Cleaners Institute of the Northwest and served on the board of “Connections” the largest cleaning industry convention and trade show in the country. He is an avid non-fiction reader, enjoys bicycle tours, boating, skiing and snowboarding.

Heidi Cronin-Mandell
The Cronin Company

Heidi Cronin-Mandell is president of The Cronin Company. She is the 5th generation of this family owned business. Heidi grew up in the industry and watched her father build the Cronin Company into what it is today. She is proud to be carrying on the Cronin name and taking the company into the future. She is thankful to be part of this great industry. Heidi has been married over 20 years and has two daughters, one in high school and one in college. She also enjoys skiing, golfing and running.

Jack is the Chief Operating Officer for Pental Granite & Marble .He was previously the Western U.S. Regional Manager for Florida Tile. Prior to Florida Tile he was the President of Uniq Distributing Corp form 1995 – 2000 and Jeffrey Court Inc, a California based Decorative Tile and Stone manufacturer/purveyor from 2000-2008. Jack has 10 years’ experience as a Police Officer in Los Angeles County and has been a Reserve Police Officer in South King County since 1994. He is a Board Member/Trustee of the Fairwood Greens Homeowners Association and Chairman of the Architectural Committee. He has a college education in Business Management and Criminal Justice and a graduate of the Ceramic Tile Institute of America’s (CTC Consultant program). Jack’s hobbies include big game fishing, cooking and travel. He is married with 3 children and two granddaughters.

Russ Sanderlin
Seattle’s Best Floors dba Macadam Floor & Design

Russ Sanderlin is Senior Account Manager for “Macadam Floor & Design” Seattle. He oversees the companies Account Management teams (estimating, sales and installations) as well as their Warranty & Claims Department. His position’s primary focus with Macadam Floor is client relations, business development and Account Management development. He has been with Macadam Floor (Portland & Seattle) for 12 years as an Account Manager. Additional flooring background includes Outside Sales with The Cronin Company & Sea Pac Sales totaling his flooring experience at 18 years. In his 18 years, he has gained tremendous knowledge and insight by touring manufacturing plants, attending manufacturer installation courses and by attending any product or installation presentation he can. Product and installation education is extremely important to him and he is dedicated that his teams gain knowledge & expertise by attending seminars (product & installation) as well as any industry function. Russ lives in West Seattle & loves the “walking lifestyle” that West Seattle offers. He is a diehard baseball & football fan, loves and attends as many shows(concerts) as he can and is an avid golfer and part-time snowboarder.

Chris Sessum is the owner of E.C.S. Floor Coverings in Lynnwood, WA. His career began in 1989 as an apprentice for a high-end flooring shop in Bellevue, WA. In 1991 Chris started his first business specializing in commercial and residential carpet installation and repairs. In 2011 he opened a workroom in Lynnwood installing flooring for Fannie Mae owned homes in Washington, hand loomed wool, custom stair and runner installations. Chris also serves in a leadership role with the NWSID and holds the following certifications: CFI – International Certified Flooring Installers (Carpet. R I-II C I-II Master II candidate, Hardwood I-II Laminate I-II, Carpet installation inspector & Member of certification team),NFIC – Natural Fiber Installer Certification(Master Installer & Inspector ), ICRI – International Concrete Repair Institute (Grade I Moisture testing tech) and IICRC – institute of Inspection, cleaning, restoration certification (Carpet Inspector & Repair and reinstallation).

Patrick Rooney is the Director of Sales for Division 9 Contract Flooring.  Mr. Rooney has a diverse background in the flooring industry having worked in installation, distribution, and manufacturing. Patrick has more than 30 years of industry experience serving the multifamily, design, and commercial markets. He is passionate about the customer experience and the success and professional development of his teams. Although he relocated here from Orlando, FL, Patrick considers Memphis, TN home. He is a former professional blues harmonica and trumpet player and three time World BBQ Champion. In his free time he enjoys cooking, boating, golf, and smoking cigars.

John D Gallup CTC, CSI, is the Region Business Manager for Schonox HPS North America, for the Pacific Northwest region. John has been a Certified Tile Consultant (CTC) by the Ceramic Tile Institute of America for 14 years, and brings 20+ years of flooring and ceramic tile experience to the Flooring Association. Based in the Seattle area, John is responsible for flooring and surface preparation specifications, flooring installation consultation, pre-construction meetings, in addition to on-site consultation. John is a 10 year member of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute, and is pleased to serve the Flooring Association Northwest.

Michael Goria is General Manager of Prime Supply Flooring, a manufacturer of prefinished solid and engineered hardwood flooring.  He has worked at Prime Supply for 11 years starting the business with the owner back in 2006.  He has more than 19 years in the wood and flooring industry and has a vast knowledge of hardwood flooring products.  Michael travels throughout the US and Asia working to find the latest trends and looks to bring to the flooring market.  He has been involved in Flooring Association Northwest for several years.  He is married and has three children.  In his spare time he enjoys coaching his children, running and watching soccer.
