Teresa Legler Accents & Interiors Teresa Legler is the Inside Sales Manager for Accents & Interiors and has over 15 years of industry knowledge and experience in the flooring industry. She has been with Accents & interiors since their inception in April 2008 and is proud to have grown with the company as it has developed and changed over the years. She rises to any challenge put before her, is an avid learner, and champions the implementation of new technology and processes – all while constantly pushing herself and her employees to grow and improve. Teresa has been happily married for over 14 years and has two children who keep her busy between guitar lessons, STEM activities, and gymnastics when not at work. As a family, they love to camp, travel, attend concerts, cheer for the Seahawks & Cougs, and go on new adventures together.
Regan Miyamura Greater Seattle Floors Regan has been President of Greater Seattle Floors since 2018 after being with the company for ten years. His passion for flooring began when he accidently fell into the business while applying for a job to sell furniture almost 30 years ago. His experience has covered all sectors of the industry from retail, commercial and production builders, to custom builders and remodelers. Regan lives by the old adage “Love what you do and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” In his limited spare time, you can catch Regan swinging his golf clubs all over the state of Washington. One of his proudest achievements being his participation in the FAN golf tournament for the last 17-18 years. Other hobbies include bowling and international travel with his close friends and family.
Holiday Van Erem Product Manager T&A Supply Company Inc.
Holiday Van Erem is a product manager and marketing consultant for T&A Supply Company Inc. She’s worked there for over 13 years. Her roles at T&A Supply have all focused around marketing, sales reporting, product launch, branding, promotions, tradeshows and supporting customer relationships. She was born and raised in South King County and lives with her family on a miniature hobby-farm in Maple Valley. She’s been married for 11 years and has 1 daughter. She enjoys vacationing with family in warm & sunny locations, gardening, hiking, camping and volunteering as a Girl Scout leader and PTA member.

Ted Mularoni is an Account Manager with T&A Supply Company Inc. He grew up in the flooring industry starting in the family-owned commercial terrazzo and tile business in Detroit MI. After moving to Seattle in 1990 he has held several management and sales positions with various flooring distributors. He lives in Renton and enjoys golf, biking, vintage car restoration and getting his 3 children through college. Has been participating in the Flooring Association for many years.
Josh Stuart Innovation Manager CR Floors & Interiors
Josh joins us from CR Floors & Interiors. As their innovation manager, Josh helps refine systems and processes to ensure they run efficiently. Since 2005 he’s been immersed in the building industry, involved in everything from buildinghouses, to financing them. When he’s not working, chances are good you’ll find him in the mountains, as he loves to climb, hike, ski, bike, kayak and everything else outside. Josh is passionate about leaving the industry better than he found it and hopes to do just that as a member of the FAN Board.
Nicole Boydston Marketing Manager Surface Art, Inc.
Nicole is currently the Marketing Manager at Surface Art Inc. In 2021, Nicole graduated from Washington State University with a double major in Marketing and Management Information Systems. Go Cougs! Nicole loves problem-solving and doing everything she can to make others’ jobs easier. In her free time, Nicole loves to sing, dance, and spend time with her husband.
Jeffrey Newcomer Product Manager Johns Manville
Jeff Newcomer is the GoBoard Product Manager for Johns Manville (JM). He has been with JM since 2016 helping to launch the flooring division through their Innovation group. His passion for the flooring industry really took flight while helping grow a new business from the ground up. His experience includes over 10 years in the building materials industry. Jeff is a 2005 graduate from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing. His wife works in elementary education, and they have two young boys. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys attending concerts, golfing, camping, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and being an avid sports fan.
Michael Ganter Technical Sales Schonox HPS North America
Michael started installing residential carpet in the early 90’s as an apprentice. After 4 years he signed up at the local 1238 floor layers union, graduating with his journeymanship. He spent several years on nights installing in local grocery stores, then started contracting with a focus on hospitals, schools and hard surface installations. He enjoys paying forward the skills, he has learned in his career to the next generation of flooring installers. He enjoys hiking with his Cane Corso. Michael is Seattle Sounders season ticket holder and enjoys being with friends at sporting events. He has been married for 27 years and enjoys home improvement projects with his wife. Michael has 1 son and 1 daughter.
